Then, one night, as I lay in the afterglow of incredible sex, a question hit me like a freight train: “Why does he know my body better than I do?” That moment changed everything. For years, I performed achievement flawlessly, yet I had never claimed my own joy, my own body, or my right to feel deeply, deliciously alive. So, I chose a different path…one where pleasure was a way of being.

From Burnout to Fully Embodied Pleasure

I left my six-figure career as a higher education administrator, and gave myself the greatest gifts: time and space to build a life centered on ease, pleasure, and deep satisfaction.

Today, I live in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where my mornings begin with ocean breezes and nourishing rituals. My days are filled with meaningful work, and my life is no longer about just existing—but fully feeling.

Now, I teach busy, high-achieving women how to break free from exhaustion, release shame, and reconnect with their bodies in ways they never thought possible.
Because pleasure isn’t something that happens to you. It’s a skill. And just like any skill, it can be cultivated, expanded, and mastered.
